Zoila Loja (Azuay, Ecuador), 3rd year agronomy student from Earth University in Costa Rica, carried out her 3rd Year Internacional Internship in Guangala from September to December of 2017. During this time, Zoila was trained in cocoa farm management and support the Sustainability Department team in implementing activities such as field surveys, small farmer Technical assistance, certification scheme follow-up and conducted the Baker Workshop in ASOPROCALA as a community project.
