Bakery Workshop

Recently, the I Bakery Workshop was held for the members of the Los Angeles Cocoa Farmers Association for Agricultural Production (ASOPROCALA) to share experiences and knowledge with the organization’s members in the preparation of desserts based on chocolate. The workshop was conducted by Guangala’s Chocolate Specialist Nathalie Areco, who taught recipes, showed techniques and different processes for the use of chocolate. The workshop was suitable for both children and adults.  Staff members of the Sustainability Department were also present to support the activity and present the children with gifts.
