«As part of its activities in the conjoining farms of the Sustainability Plan – Guangala Certified, the sustainability department provides training sessions to the farm employees.

We focus on questions of labor safety relevant to everyday work of the farmer. Furthermore, other important topics are also discussed, such as HIV/AIDS prevention.

The safe and responsible use of pesticides is a especially important matter for Guangala Certified. Taking into account the needs of the emplyees who handle pesticides in the field, we have elaborated an educational video about personal safety in the use of pesticides.

The video will be a part of our regular training sessions. Moreover, we make it available here for the use of other interested perople and organizations.
